Our teachers work with our young people in a manner that equips them with an array of skills that they will require for life beyond school.I am delighted that following the successful launch of our Trust Careers and Guidance model ”FUTUREPROOF” in 2021, which has had the ringing endorsement of teachers, students, parents, Ofsted, employers and careers professionals, we are now progressing our pathway to employment, higher education and university to a whole new level with the exciting launch of our Industry Partnership Board. We believe that only through genuine collaboration can we continue to offer our students the highest provision and as an organisation our school leaders need to fully understand industry needs and have planned opportunity to gain insights that will guide our curricular programme, ensuring this remains relevant and that the necessary student skill development pathways are fully integrated and embedded into our curriculum. Your input will shape our provision and afford real time opportunities to support workforce development allied to promoting entrepreneurship amongst our pupils.
